Need To Cancel?

Things happen, here are the terms.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES

If you must cancel/reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. The typical service duration for our beauty treatments is 2 hours. When an appointment is reserved, it takes the time allotment away from another potential client. This may cause a waitlist for new clients, as availability as an exclusive specialist is limited.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment in under 48 hours of your appointment time, you will forfeit 80% of your service cost. To schedule a new appointment after cancelling, a full payment will be required.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling an appointment must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment.

If you must cancel and would like to reschedule, the payment you’ve already made will be transferred to the new date/time ONCE (unless there is a change on the same day you request the first change). Any reschedule requests after the first reschedule, must be re-booked and you will forfeit 80% of your service cost.

EMERGENCIES

If you are experiencing an emergency, there is a limit of 3 days (72 hours) to reschedule, otherwise it will be considered a no-show and 90% of your payment will be forfeited. Excessive emergencies will be monitored and handled on a case-by-case basis.

NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS

No show appointments are extremely inconvenient and due to the nature of travel services - interfere with more than just the appointment itself.

No show appointments are charged 90% of the service cost & and future appointments with PULCHRA may be rejected/declined.
